Metabolic Health Coaching PACKAGES

PERSONALISED PLANS

Personalised packages offer more customisation and support. All sessions are one-to-one and the plan you receive is designed specifically for you and your health goals.

Boost (1 initial session + 4 follow-up coaching sessions)

$510

One 90-minute initial session to develop a comprehensive metabolic health plan (with specific lifestyle interventions where required for nutrition, exercise, gut/microbiome, stress, sleep, biometrics) plus four 30-minute follow up sessions. This is ideal for those who want occasional check-ins to help stay on track.

Boost PLUS (1 initial session + 6 fortnightly follow-ups)

$630

One 90-minute initial session to develop a comprehensive metabolic health plan (with specific lifestyle interventions where required for nutrition, exercise, gut/microbiome, stress, sleep, biometrics) plus six 30-minute follow up sessions. This approach is perfect for those seeking more interaction, and with weekly follow-ups, it offers a structured six-week period to pave the way for success.

Momentum (1 initial + 8 fortnightly follow-ups)

$750

One 90-minute initial session to develop a comprehensive metabolic health plan (with specific lifestyle interventions for nutrition, exercise, gut/microbiome, stress, sleep, biometrics) plus eight 30-minute follow up sessions. This is perfect for individuals who benefit from frequent check-ins to remain accountable, or for those with a bigger journey ahead.


FIXED PLANS

These packages include health plans that are less tailored to the individual and more focused on achieving a specific health goal such as weight loss or improved blood sugar regulation.

8 WEEK 'EATING RESET' (1 initial session + 7 WEEKLY follow-ups)

$150 upfront then $50/week for 7 weeks

One 60-minute initial session to obtain a health history, discuss goals and explain the Eating Reset programme. After this there will be one weekly zoom 'support call' per week (30-minutes) for the remaining 7 weeks. This phased programme is ideal for those wanting to make quick inroads into weight loss while also developing healthier lifestyle behaviours. It includes a mix of low carb eating, time restricted feeding and fasting. Meal planners and recipes are inclusive. 


One off sessions

Additional sessions can be added to a package or as a one-off requirement.

Follow-up session (30 minutes)

$60

Check in, review progress on goals, check biometrics, address obstacles and answer questions.

Follow-up session (60 minutes)

$120

Review progress on goals, check biometrics and make changes to your plan, or use for an accompanied grocery shop to learn more about food labels and guide your food decisions.

All coaching is 1:1 except for couples who take up the 8 week 'Eating Reset'. Coaching sessions can be in person (if based in Hawkes Bay) or via zoom. Payment for your health plan must be made in full upfront before it is supplied, and follow-up sessions can be paid in full upfront or via instalments ie 'pay as you go'.
