This is a more comprehensive version of the 'Metabolic Reset Essentials' programme and provides more support for those working through ingrained patterns of unhealthy eating, chronic energy slumps or have a longer journey ahead of them such as achieving significant weight loss or reversal of Type 2 Diabetes. In addition to weekly then fortnightly follow-up coaching sessions, you will receive ongoing monthly "maintenance" support for two months to make your lifestyle changes stick.

All coaching is 1:1 except for couples or small groups who take up the 'Eating Reset' programme (which are all run via Zoom). 'Metabolic Reset' programme coaching sessions can be in person (if based in Hawkes Bay) or via zoom. Payment for the coaching programme must be made in full upfront before plan and resources are provided. Coaching sessions must be used within 6 months of payment, excluding the 'Metabolic Reset Complete' sessions, which must be completed within 9 months of payment.
