All coaching is 1:1. The initial session is in person (if based in Hawkes Bay) and subsequent follow-ups are over zoom. Payment can be made in full upfront when your health plan is supplied or via instalments: 50% after the initial session (to cover plan development) and then 50% spread via weekly or fortnightly payments.
