workshops and team talks

I work with businesses, workplaces and community groups to deliver practical, evidence-informed workshops and talks on metabolic health and lifestyle change.

Most people already know they should eat better, move more and sleep well. The hard part is doing it consistently alongside a busy job, shift work and competing demands. My sessions close that gap by explaining how food, movement, sleep and stress affect energy, blood sugar and long-term health, and then focusing on small, realistic changes that last.

Educate

As a PREKURE Certified Metabolic Health and Nutrition Coach with a degree in psychology, I combine the physiology of metabolic health with the psychology of behaviour change.

Empower small changes

My sessions have no fad diets, no lectures and no judgement. They offer clear science and strategies people can use straight away.

Scope

On site or remote workshops cover topics like improving blood sugar regulation for stable energy through the working day, building health-promoting lifestyle habits that survive busy weeks and eating well when working shifts and irregular hours.
