I am Ingrid, a professional nutrition coach specializing in metabolic health, with a degree in Psychology. I’ve witnessed how preventable illness can cut lives short or gradually diminish independence and vitality. My father passed away due to complications from metabolic syndrome, and my mother suffered from Alzheimer’s. Experiencing the effects of chronic disease up close ignited my passion for helping others through metabolic health coaching.


Through my studies, I discovered how powerful making sustainable lifestyle changes can be in improving metabolic health, preventing disease, and enhancing quality of life.


I assist individuals in mid-life who are ready to take their health seriously so they can age with strength, clarity, and confidence.

Mission

Getting older shouldn’t mean slowing down, giving up on our appearance, or stopping the things we love doing. Especially when we have the power to shape our own health trajectory. My mission as a nutrition coach is to educate and empower people to live better for longer. More and more scientific studies are revealing a link between metabolic health and chronic diseases like cancer, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and dementia. Luckily, there are sustainable lifestyle changes we can make in terms of how we eat, move, and rest that can have a significant effect on our metabolic health, body composition, and overall well-being.
